Rejuvenation Science, Inc. a California corporation (“RSI”) established in 2001 develops, formulates, and manufactures sophisticated nutraceutical supplements.
RSI has 20 years experience in the medical practitioner market providing the Rejuvenation Science line, Maximum Vitality brand for consumers, and private/white label for doctors and pharmacies..
The Company is developing a new product line based on the founder’s new book, “MMM Theory”. The thesis posits that understanding the root cause of autoimmune diseases provides a pathway to prevent, treat and cure such maladies.
The Company plans to:
  • Include enhancements to our existing practitioner marketing programs to 300 practitioner clients and their 300,000 patients, and our 3,000 opt-in practitioner mailing list with recent 40-50% open rates while we develop the new technology. It also includes influencer affiliate marketing of the consumer brand with enhancements to our affiliate infrastructure and marketing programs.​
  • Expand products being offered to practioners and consumers to include adopting a holistic approach to health that involves integrating various methods to purify the environment and enhance the body’s natural defenses that includes a comprehensive strategy that includes the use of air purifiers, water purifiers, and natural supplements:
  • Utilize the disruptive MMM Theory envisioned by Howard Simon to develop a new non-intrusive AI – LED based diagnostic medical device and App to diagnose, prevent, and manage treatment of autoimmune, cardiovascular, and cognitive diseases.  It will monitor vascular and lymph flows of environmental microcontaminants, the root cause of all these diseases. Diagnostics and protocols enable root cause treatment rather than treatment of symptoms – the body’s protective inflammatory mechanisms.  Rejuvenation Science protocols support the human microbiome to prevent entry, degrade, and remove environmental contaminants to reduce disease and reduce risk of cancer, metastasis, and obesity.  
    The project includes ongoing development of preventive and treatment protocols including nutritional supplements, diet, and environmental interventions. The resulting disruptive technology may be used in conjunction with, but will eventually replace, current pharmaceutical, med tech, and medical education standard of care.  
  • Integrate AI-powered programs and technologies to review and analyze natural products for beneficial properties at a faster pace and assimilate data efficiently - thereby predicting biological activity and speeding up the discovery process.
  • Utilize existing AI technologies for ingredient supply chain sourcing and management, and for
  • Develop and introduce a new product line – stressing safety and preventive regimen – based on the founder’s new book, “MMM Theory”. The thesis posits that understanding the root cause of autoimmune diseases provides a pathway to prevent, treat and cure such maladies. The basis of the book provides a new understanding of how to remove the cause of diseases.​

Traction & Milestones
  • Applied for National Science Foundation SBIR funding to utilize AI and LED technology for scientific research to identify microcontaminants in human organs and related diseases.  Develop new diagnostic tool and targeted natural ingredient formulas to assist the body to bind, degrade, and eliminate microcontaminants.
  • Partner with leading global companies to develop and MMM Theory certify new AI – LED diagnostic tools, and AI-powered programs to analyze data and speed development of new natural products to protect against, degrade, bind to and remove environmental microcontaminants from the human body. Thereby providing further proof for MMM Theory, understanding the cause of autoimmune, heart, Alzheimer’s and other diseases with inflammatory characteristics, and provide CAM disease interventions.
  • Pursue new and expand current distribution channels for private label products such as JV with MLM based in Mexico and U.S., Korean distributor, additional doctors’ offices, China clinic, Rejuven Ciencia Hispanic brand JV with nutritionist with 1.4M Tiktok and 1.4M Instagram followers.
  • RSI Sales Activity - 13-year old publicly owned MLM company with a 140K person downline based in Mexico and expanding into the U.S. They sell cosmetics. The company is developing a nutritional brand for distribution through their existing sales force. RSI is providing support and quotes for 6 products in response to an RFQ for an initial order of 30K – 50K units each.  Anticipate first order end of 2024 or early 2025. Based on initial sourcing for these quantities, RSI margins are anticipated to support our client’s MLM model of 10X markup.
  • JV launched in January 2024 with our 15-year client, a Mexican nutritionist who has multiple offices in Mexico and Florida, 1.4 million IG and 1.4 million Tiktok followers with 7 million Likes, and $8 million supplement sales in Mexico.  Sales have doubled almost every month since January 2024 in this JV.   The nutritionist does the marketing and RSI provides order admin, products, and fulfillment. Gross profit split is 60/40 client/RSI, with client funding inventory.
  • As part of the MMM protocols Rejuvenation Science will be incorporating  air and water filters, EMF reduction and Far infrared personal sauna delivered directly and via drop ship .
