We are our own first customer. EventPlus is built by Marketing Completion Fund, which has produced investor conferences since 2019 — SEICon III, Las Vegas Investor Conference, Newport Beach Investor Conference, Longevity Sports Creator Summit. The product was designed against live P&L pressure, not a whiteboard.
EventPlus.ai
The intelligence layer that turns event registration lists into qualified pipeline.
$5,000,000 sought at a $15,000,000 pre-money valuation · Platform launch timed to SEICon III, July 1, 2026
The problem
Event technology is built to run events, not to monetize them. Organizers spend six figures on registration, badging and mobile apps, then export a spreadsheet of names and let the pipeline die.
Exhibitors and sponsors — the parties actually paying for the event — receive raw lead lists with no enrichment, no context and no follow-up engine. The industry's own benchmark is blunt: sponsors can rarely prove ROI, and organizers can rarely help them.
The solution
- Ingest
Registrant data from 12+ event platforms, unified into one schema.
- Enrich
Title, firmographics, contact and intent appended to every attendee record.
- Draft
Personalized outreach generated per lead, timed to the event calendar.
- Deliver
Qualified, contextualized leads to organizers, sponsors and exhibitors — before, during and after.
Why this is a strategic fit
Go-to-market is already owned. MCF's conference portfolio, contact database and media operation give EventPlus a captive first cohort and a live proving ground — an advantage venture-backed competitors have to buy.
We attach where the money is. Organizers buy software; sponsors and exhibitors buy outcomes. EventPlus monetizes the sponsor and exhibitor side — an under-served, high-willingness-to-pay segment that registration platforms treat as an afterthought.
Consolidation has opened the lane. Cvent (Blackstone) and Eventbrite (Bending Spoons) are both private and absorbing acquisitions. Roll-ups create integration debt and customer displacement, and mid-market organizers are actively re-evaluating.
Platform-agnostic by design. EventPlus never asks a customer to rip out Cvent, Whova or Swapcard. It makes what they already own more valuable — the shortest sales cycle in the category.
Four features in build. Per-registrant referral tracking with auto-generated links; an AI ad-generation layer for sponsorship upsell and ticket campaigns; face-recognition photo matching and delivery; and marketing-partner onboarding for third-party event listing.
Market
Growing at 10–14% CAGR toward $35–40B in the early 2030s. North America is ~45% of revenue; corporate is the largest end-user segment at ~40%. The top five vendors control only 35–40% of revenue — a moderately fragmented market with room for a category-adjacent entrant.
The ask
Use of funds: engineering buildout, enrichment-data capacity, sales hires for the sponsor and exhibitor motion, and roadmap delivery on referral tracking and the AI ad layer.

Consolidation activity. Cvent acquired ON24 ($400M all-cash, closed April 1, 2026) and Goldcast; Splash now sits inside Cvent. Eventbrite was taken private by Bending Spoons in March 2026. Hopin's event business became RingCentral Events. Private equity continues to drive roll-up across the category.
Data-quality caution. The published "user" figures are not comparable. Eventbrite's 89M is consumer monthly-active-users; Cvent's 445K is seat-based professional users; Whova's 15M is attendee-side. Cvent's customer count also varies by source — 27K per Latka versus 30K company-marketed. Any chart built from this table must label the metric type.
